Jonita Fair-Payton, MCD, MBA,  has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, training, and fund development. Ms. Fair-Payton has worked in an executive capacity in some of the most renowned nonprofit organizations in the country. As a consultant, she assists clients nationwide with Fund Development and Grant Writing. Specializing in federal grants, Ms. Fair-Payton has secured over $45 million in grant dollars for clients.


Lisa Lucio, BA., has more than 35 years of experience as a communications professional. She has extensive experience writing, marketing, and providing public relations services to Corporations, City, County Agencies, Universities and various Nonprofits throughout the Southern California area.  As a consultant, Ms. Lucio has secured over $20 million in grant funds.  She is a National Trainer and Coach, with a specialty in K-12 Education, Clean Energy, Life Skills, Computer Training, and Nonprofit Management.


Rebecca Tuttle, MEd., has secured over $11 million dollars in grant funds and brings a wealth of knowledge in grant writing for both private and public sector. Ms. Tuttle has over 15 years experience in Nonprofit Development and has established herself as a female small business leader. Her vast experience and talents also include, a celebrated author and a gluten-free enthusiast. She has been featured on the Dr. Oz show for her positive outlook for success. Ms. Tuttle hopes to run for the State Legislature in the future.


Rodney Walker, MBA., is a leading grant development systems expert.
