All sales are final. We have a firm no refund policy. We do not offer refunds on coaching services. We are here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with us that we are the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as we will be for you. If an event has to be rescheduled for any reason or postponed due to a natural disaster, inclement weather, or does not meet our minimum attendance requirements your registration will be transferred to the new rescheduled date for the event. You can attend another event we offer at the same pricing within 12 months. If you are unable to attend an event for any reason you may transfer you registration or have someone else attend in your place by notifying us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance. If an event is cancelled, your registration fees will be applied towards the online equivalent product at no additional fee which will provide the same or similar training content. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register as these terms are strictly enforced.
